We conduct more than 50 kinds of plating processing and surface treatments with high quality, high precision, and quick deliveries.
We conduct various kinds of processing and treatment, from low to high technology, and from the micro to the nano worlds. We support general areas of surface treatment such as electroplating, chemical plating, electroless plating, alumite processing, and chemical conversion coating. We offer so much variety we can be called a “plating department store.” We conduct R&D in ultra-fine processing using synchrotron optical X-rays in the nano-technology field. Our target is to be the world’s first micro-machine manufacturer. We hope to actively develop our overseas business in areas such as medical treatment.

Micro/nano parts and tools
Applying the ultra-fine precision processing technology LIGA (Lithography, Electroplating and Molding) we produce micro/nano parts and tools, e.g. fine precision gears of 0.1mm diameter.
Application to micromachine & MEMS
Micro parts and nano tools are applied in micromachines and MEMSs. We have experiences in large-scale Electron Microscopes, Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (SEM EDX), Laser Scanning Microscopes etc.
To find a partner
We are looking for partners to supply our products, specifically fine precision and low X-ray exposure parts, to the manufacturers of X-ray equipment, endoscopes/medical robots and cancer detecting devices (e.g. mammography) as well as opportunities for cooperation in R&D of new products.

The automobile and semiconductor industries have been depressed by the Lehman Shock and the Great East Japan Earthquake, but we have been continuously enhancing our new independent technology. We are proceeding with R&D with a university under industry-university-government collaboration, and developing new markets in areas such as hydrogen energy, medical treatment and the aerospace industry. [Business description] We conduct more than 50 kinds of plating processing and surface processing with high quality, high precision, and quick deliveries. We are a “plating department store” that covers from low to high technology, and from the micro to the nano worlds. Our plating covers all types of surface treatments such as electroplating, chemical plating, electroless plating, alumite processing, and chemical conversion coating. We serve customers in every manufacturing industry, such as semiconductor and liquid-crystal manufacturing equipment, automobile-related equipment, electronic components, medical equipment, food machinery, electric-power related equipment, shipbuilding, steel, and aerospace. [Industry] Metal goods manufacturing and electroplating [Strength of products/technologies] We have many advanced analysis instruments such as an electron microscope, ICP analyzer, and X-ray material analyzer in our R&D division and quality control division. Almost all analysis examinations for process control and quality control for plating can be conducted in-house. We have employed many experts in science and engineering fields, and our company’s effluent treatment facility and plating equipment were independently developed. Our company’s prompt cooperation system for new technology enables quick action from experiments and trial manufacturing to mass production. [Representative's message] We have been providing various kinds of plating technology and surface treatment technology according to various customer requirements since our foundation in 1952. We supply high-precision and high-quality products to every manufacturing field. This includes the automobile, semiconductor, and liquid crystal industries. We excel at ultra-high-precision plating that overwhelms our competitors, and we are capable of control to 1μm. We take advantage of such plating technology to conduct R&D in ultra-fine processing using synchrotron optical X-rays in the nanotechnology field. Our target is to be the world’s first micro-machine manufacturer. We hope to actively develop our overseas business in areas such as medical treatment. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We have built a network in order to promptly obtain overseas information. This was done with the cooperation of the international sections of JETRO, Saga Prefecture, financial institutions, etc. Our nanotechnology R&D division is also considering participation in international trade fairs held in regions such as Europe where this technology is advanced. We would like to transmit information on our company with the aim of global market expansion. We target the global market in joint product development with major manufacturers, so we will establish a division dedicated to overseas business.
