We develop and manufacture customized LED lighting equipment according to requests.
We develop and manufacture street lights, tunnel lights, ceiling lights, instruments for landscape lighting, etc. We can make proposals from the design stage for landscape lighting for illumination and the like. We have extended the lifetime of high-intensity, high-output lighting equipment by installing a heat dissipation component developed using our patented technology. We have realized an operating life of 80,000 hours, in contrast to the conventional 40,000-hour maximum. We are examining joint development of LED lighting equipment, mainly with Asian companies. Our patented technology regarding high-radiation heat dissipation has been adopted by major automobile manufacturers, etc., and joint research is also in progress.
[Company strength] Many SMEs are also involved in the LED lighting equipment business, as well as major domestic manufacturers. A lot of cheap overseas products are also put onto the market, resulting in severe price competition. Even under such a situation, our company’s products set the standard, and we are strong in Monozukuri craftsmanship of products meeting customer requests. Our groundbreaking heat-dissipation material (based on our patented technology) is installed in high-intensity, high-output lighting equipment, and achieves a long operating life. (The operating life of our product is 80,000 hours or more compared with the maximum operating life of 40,000 hours for other companies’ products.) We design landscape lighting such as illumination according to the customer’s request. Our patented technology regarding high-radiation heat dissipation has been adopted by major automobile parts manufacturers, etc. [Industry] LED lighting equipment manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] We have succeeded in lowering the temperature by 10 degrees compared with an untreated condition (based on our patented technology). This was done by applying surface treatment onto heat-dissipation heat sinks employing aluminum, die-cast aluminum, etc. We have extensive experience and results in long-distance floodlight projectors, including lighting design. We have been highly evaluated by our customers. [Representative's message] We are planning to conduct joint development of LED lighting equipment, mainly with Asian companies. At present, frequent failures occur in products made in China and other countries. We hope to manufacture products with higher quality at low cost, and to expand our distribution network worldwide. We hope to contribute to our customers in Asia in supplying lithium battery plus LED products, and local production for local consumption technology (zero conversion loss) products using renewable energy. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We are now conducting partial licensing of technology and joint research on high-radiation heat dissipation technology with a major automobile parts manufacturer. This is being done in cooperation with a processing company located in the same prefecture. We hope to pursue further cooperation with companies in different areas and different types of companies. We are planning to move in the direction of joint development of LED lighting equipment, mainly with companies in Asia.
