[Company strength]
We are a pioneer company in the processing of corrugated plastic board. We have developed foldable containers as a new type of product that compensates for the weak points of conventional paper cardboard. We support high-mix low-volume production from sales to manufacturing in response to the customer’s manufacturing needs. We support manufacturer’s liability, and we have our own independent recycling system and repair facilities. We are a development-type company and all of our sales staff have knowledge of technology and design. This is why we can respond quickly to manufacturing products according to the customer’s request. 

[Business description]
We are a processing manufacturer that mainly produces plastic containers. We also provide related products such as partitions and buffer materials. We conduct integrated maintenance, repairs, disposal, and so on. We have established a system to support green distribution. We have extensive experience with deliveries to industries from automobiles to food. The aim of our daily activity is to be the bearer of the creation of a circulation-type society, ranging from packaging to distribution. Our manufacturing base is located in Ena city, Gifu Prefecture, and we have two sales offices in Tokyo.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We manufacture environmentally friendly products by proactively employing olefin system resin. We mainly use polypropylene. Our APA-CON series of products that we developed by taking advantage of its characteristics is recognized as a long-selling product. We also established technology to remanufacture waste material generated in the production process by using our recycling system. We devised the extrusion molding and ejection molding technology that are associated with our container manufacturing. We are also working to develop special-purpose machines accompanying our new products. We will further advance the development of new products by introducing CAD/CAM, 3D printing, etc.

[Representative's message]
The packaging and distribution of daily necessities inevitably arise where human beings live, but they will not produce added value in themselves. Our ancestors invented a traditional packaging and distribution tool: the “furoshiki” Japanese wrapping cloth. It can be used repeatedly. It can be folded when not in use. It can be washed when it is soiled. It can be patched when it is torn. Our company pays attention to this concept, and provides ideas to our customers. We position this mechanism as a first step in the formation of a recycling society and transmit this to the world. We hope to promote the creation of a system that can contribute to the conservation of the natural environment.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are working to introduce our strengths through exhibitions and our website. Our sales staff will visit the customer’s site directly and hold meetings regarding specifications, etc., for inquiries from customers.  We make an examination based on this information and finally coordinate with our manufacturing division. We can make proposals that match the customer’s needs and construct a system to realize quick delivery based on such an integrated production system. We have established a system for overseas business with emphasis on technological support based on our experience to date.
