[Company strength]
Our company has a 30-year history of selling ultrasonic densitometers. Our products are used by many major companies in Japan. We have the top market share in Japan in the LCD and semiconductor fields and a market share of 30% to 40% overseas. We used the same ultrasonic technology to develop an ultrasonic vibration machining machine capable of reducing machining resistance in metalworking. We have also developed unique ultrasonic technologies, such as a unique form of vibration called ultrasonic torsional vibration. They are applicable to technical development using ultrasonic vibration, as well as the use of ultrasonic vibration itself.

Our company designs, manufactures, and sells custom-made ultrasonic vibration machining machines using ultrasonic applied technology. We also have an integrated system based on other applied technologies for production from design to sales of ultrasonic densitometers, viscometers, and underwater communication equipment.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our ultrasonic vibration machining machines support a wide range of processing from machining and boring to end milling. Various technologies are necessary for machining. These include tool attachment, power transmission, and oscillation control for processing load fluctuation. We have been working on these issues for about 15 years and been accepted by many customers. We are the only manufacturer in the world who is developing and selling ultrasonic vibration machining machines using torsional vibration. Our products require only one shot for simultaneous boring in CFRP and titanium, while the products of other manufacturers usually require three shots. They use ultrasonic vibration, so the service life of our tools is 10 times longer.

Our company sells measuring equipment and underwater communication equipment using ultrasonic applied technologies. We have been focused on vibration machining using ultrasonic vibration since about 15 years ago. This is particularly effective for hard-to-machine materials. We meet a wide range of requests, including for the use of ultrasonic vibration itself.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Most of the companies using our ultrasonic densitometers and other products are major companies. Our president is the founder of the company, developer of our technology, and our technology leader. The president handles orders from major companies by grasping their detailed contents. We have several overseas agencies for measuring and underwater equipment. The overseas sales section mainly attends to overseas inquiries (also in English). In future, we will have overseas markets in mind with regard to vibration machining machines.
