[Company strength]
We assume that simple products will drain away to competing companies or overseas. This is why we have long been technology-oriented, and have incorporated distinctive characteristics in many of our products, such as hard-to-process heading parts. We entered Thailand in 1994, which was rather early for an SME, and opened a new plant to steadily expand locally. 

[Business description]
Our core business is the manufacture and sale of heading parts. We perform heading processing of specialized products according to the customer’s desired specifications. This is done mainly for orders from the electronics (light electrical appliances) industry and the auto industry. The process involves secondary processing called component rolling. We manufacture production facilities and automatic sorting machines for internal use, so we started to offer these technologies to other companies by manufacturing and selling original screw feeders.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our products in Japan are mainly for light electronic appliances in the electronics industry. This is why we are good at small products with material diameters 2.0 mm. However, we installed large facilities to work with automobile parts in our plant in Thailand, which has consequently enabled us to work on material up to diameter 8.0 mm. We can also manufacture machines such as automatic sorting machines for internal use. This allows us to flexibly deal with any weaknesses resulting from the production facility specifications. Our screw parts feeder is a compact, inexpensive, and energy saving device in comparison to conventional bowl-shaped feeders.

Our company has constantly cultivated its heading technologies since its establishment in 1972. Our management philosophy is “Aiming to become a small but surviving global company.” We actively expanded overseas on this basis. We cater to a wide variety of local procurement needs from offshoring industries, such as computers, telecommunications, motorcycles, and automobiles. Although the times have changed, the fundamental nature of heading technology remains the same. We believe that cultivating our heading technology will lead to greater customer satisfaction as well as the prosperity of our company. We will continue or efforts to be a company that our customers will need even in 10 years’ time.

It has been 20 years since we advanced into Thailand. We can export the products produced in Thailand to other countries, in addition to local production and sales. We can also work with customers who want to launch prototypes and mass production in Japan, and move the operations to Thailand.

Our products have been delivered to overseas companies through the foreign plants of Japanese companies, or through trading companies, but they were not direct sales.
