[Product description] We are taking on the task of machining cemented carbide alloys and ceramics for which grinding used to be the only solution. This change from grinding to machining will enable R&D on the ultra-micro-processing of cemented carbide alloys and ceramics, which used to be almost impossible. Our idea is to powerfully help our customers to strengthen their development power for next-generation products by proposing this as our unique high-accuracy and high-grade technology. Ultra-high-precision micro processing

[Product description] We can bore diameter 10 μ (0.01 mm) holes. This is done by making use of the technical strength that we have accumulated over many years, our early implementation of state-of-the-art equipment, and 24-hour air conditioning. Our products are now used in a wide range of fields and have acknowledged accuracy and quality. The high-speed rotation functions of our equipment have reduced processing times and enabled short-term deliveries at low cost.
