Our processing facilities accommodate production from 1 to 50,000 pieces (approximately). Our extended network allows us to cover all necessary processes, from material procurement, machining, heat treatment, and polishing to surface treatment. Our plant operates a 2-shift production system to reduce lead times. Multiple engineers are assigned day and night so that prototypes and new products are launched smoothly without any losses. We have many kinds of cutters necessary for the machining of prototypes, and our in-house production of jigs enables speedy production.

[Company strength]
We operate a 2-shift production system in our plant. This reduces lead times and launches prototypes and new products smoothly without any losses, as multiple engineers are assigned day and night. We have many kinds of machining tools necessary for machining prototypes, and jigs can be prepared in-house in an overwhelmingly speedy manner. We have a network of more than several dozen partner factories in Aichi prefecture and elsewhere in Japan (Aomori and other prefectures) as well as overseas (China). This allows us to meet our customer’s needs (quality, lead time, and cost). We have dealings with over 60 companies, both large and small. 

[Business description]
We conduct machining for automobile prototype and mass production parts, and other parts for various industries, including aircraft, medical devices, and so on. Our processing facilities include 24 machining centers, 23 NC lathes, 9 CNC combined lathes, 1 NC cylindrical grinding machine, and 18 other pieces of general-purpose equipment. We have reliable precision measuring devices to ensure accurate quality assurance. These include a CNC 3D-coordinate measuring instrument, circularity measuring equipment, and shape measuring devices. Order quantities can be anywhere from 1 to 50,000 units (approximately). Our extended network allows us to cover all necessary processes, from material procurement, cutting, heat treatment, and polishing to surface treatment. In addition to our processing business we also engage in the regeneration and sales of lead batteries.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can deal with all kinds of machining, including hard-to-cut materials (Inconel, titanium alloy, high silicon alloy, etc.), profile processing, and cut machining. The machining technologies we have accumulated over the years are treasured, shared, and practiced by our engineers. This enables our biggest strength, which is expedited service for our customers. Products are delivered on the same day with our expedited service, although it depends on the quantity and product level. If making an ordered product requires processing with an irregular, commercially unavailable machining tool, we can manufacture it in-house. This is reason why we can make hard-to-machine, hard-to-shape products within an overwhelmingly fast lead time compared to our competition.

We have been engaged in machining for precision equipment parts since our company was founded in 1970. We continue to take on new challenges as a team sharing the idea that technological advances in Monozukuri craftsmanship are what cause the evolution of the times. Our advanced technologies and flexibility are now as highly valued as they have ever been. This has led us to other opportunities in the development of medical equipment. We are also recognized in the aviation industry, and have been admitted to registration in The Special Zone to Create Asia’s No. 1 Aerospace Industry Cluster. The environment surrounding us regarding sales expansion in new fields is steadily improving. We are not currently planning to expand overseas, but we would like to respond flexibly by looking at our customers’ needs in the future. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our director/plant manager in charge of technology responds to new customers. Our process significantly facilitates follow-up by gaining insight on the customer’s true intentions and giving technical answers on the spot. From the point when production starts follow-up is conducted by the production control department, and their feedback is given to the sales representative right away. Quality assurance is carried out according to our internal standards, which are ISO 9001 compliant.

All machining (100%) for the torque tube components in the LEXUS LFA (quality assurance data for all items). Note that the torque tube was developed by JTEKT.
