We differentiate ourselves from our competitors by obtaining patents in Japan, the United States, and European and Asian countries. We are a comprehensive automobile parts manufacturer that mainly produces body frame parts. We also make collision safety parts such as bumper beams, etc., and fuel system parts such as filler pipes. We provide integrated services from design, CAE analysis, and evaluation of prototypes to manufacturing.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have various independent technologies such as press molding, roll forming, pipe bending, resin molding, welding assembling, painting, and so on. We have developed a safe and convenient capless filler pipe and a low-cost, energy-saving direct electrification type hot stamping technology on the basis of these technologies. We have obtained worldwide patents. We received the 25th SME Excellent New Technology/New Product Award of Excellence for our excellent engineering power in SHP technology.

We are an automobile parts manufacturer that contributes to realizing a more comfortable motorized society. Our company has been consistently taking on challenges in progress and creation, enhancing our technological capabilities and cost competitiveness, and promoting market cultivation. We are also planning a global strategy to grow into a global enterprise by making the best use of our network of technological collaboration companies. This includes EWI (United States), Asteer Thailand (Thailand), A&W (China), FFMI (China), and other companies (in Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, and Mexico).

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have integrated the development division with the sales division, and share information and policies. This is how we have established an organization that can quickly provide integrated support, from developing new technology and new products according to the customer’s needs, to preparing quotations. For overseas business expansion we have established projects such as an ASEAN P/J promotion office, a North America support office, and so on. We are actively promoting the expansion and support of our overseas business under the direct control of the president.
