We develop power and signal transmission systems that enable simultaneous transmission of a contactless power supply and signal transmission.

We develop sensors for various kinds of FA and mechatronics equipment, including contactless (wireless) power supplies for FA. We have developed a remote system that enables simultaneous transmission of a contactless power supply and signal transmission, and we support various related products. There is no restriction in the sensor selection and usage because of their adaptability to data signals of analog/digital signal sensors, CC-Link, and so on.

Wireless power supply system for automatic guided vehicles (AGV)

Overview of the system

Charging stations built at certain locations along driving lines allows for the recharging of batteries during operation. This greatly contributes to the automation of battery charging, improvement of factory productivity, and the saving of labor. We have added to our lineup a new specification of an unprecedented charging range of 600 W. You can choose the most optimal charging system from a wide range of variations. To give you enough time to consider the benefits of the wireless power supply system prior to its implementation, we provide charging simulations that show results in a specific numerical manner.

Starting up prototyping

Lean start-up

We provide various services, including the production of samples to examine the image of movement, prototype development for structure investigation, and final design for mass production, to meet the requests of customers who are interested in wireless power supply. We provide customers with a prototype of the wireless power supply in a short time based on the “lean start-up” action program that is focused on the improvement of efficiency. From a very early stage, we offer function confirmation and structure investigation of the wireless power supply system that you can use as the basis for market research.

Service characteristics

Since no one can imagine how an expanded world with a wireless power supply will look like, we will provide a staged startup to enable you to realize its effect immediately.

(1) Start-up prototyping: We make start-up prototypes with the minimum of requested functions in a short delivery time and at a low cost.

(2) Simulation: Before the prototyping, we perform simulations to confirm more detailed implementation effects and determine final shapes.

(3) Functional prototype: We make a new substrate and fabricate a sample wireless power supply assuming a state in which a wireless power supply has already been installed.

(4)  Mass production prototype: Based on the problems in functional prototyping, we make revised versions one by one towards mass production.

1. Abundant experience with contactless power supplies: We have carried out research in the contactless (wireless) field and mass production technology for more than 20 years. We have realized many applications mainly regarding the automation of manufacturing processes and machine tools. (We have acquired patents, and have also applied for many other patents.)

There are many products in the world that the realize one of these two functions. However, our remote system is the only product that realizes both functions.

Our products can handle the sensors of analog/digital signals and data signals such as CC-Link. Our remote systems can be connected to the products of any manufacturer, so there are no restrictions on the selection and use of sensors.
