Paper cores has 3 functions, "WIND", "WRAP", and "SUPPORT". Through these functions, we manufacture various paper cores for film, film wrap, and tape etc.
Paper cores have both paper characteristics and the nature of being circular. Our paper cores are available not only for general usage (winding and container) but also for special usage (product protection and attachment for blast furnace temperature measurement etc.). Our products are excellent in terms of circularity and cylindricality, and high dust-proofing.
[Product description] High Core High Core has high smooth surface and it is developed for winding film. The specially treated paper core surface will prevent core marks(spiral marks) or creases, so this core will reduce products loss and improve production efficiency. New Core New Core is available in clean room because paper dust generation is few. This core is used special wear resistance paper to inside of core for prevent dust generation from core inner. [Product description] This paper core is used for winding paper. This core is very hard because wond paper has considerable weight. [Product description] This core is for winding wrap film for packaging food. We use dedicated machine to supply products of stable quality at reasonable prices. The wrap film is for food, so this core is manufactured at special dust proof and insect proof space. [Authorization/Certification] ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.
[Product description] This products are used to protect the corners of packages, to prevent load shifting in aggregate packages, and to substitute for wooden package frames. [Product description] This paper core is for winding thin metal foils such as aluminum, copper or steel. Some foil is thinner than 20 microns, so fine irregularities in the paper core surface may affect copper foil quality. "High Core" is suitable for winding metal foil because it is excellent surface smoothness and circularity with less distortion. "New Core" is dust proof paper core.
