[Company strength]
Our company designs and manufactures our own automated fabrication machinery and automated assembly machinery used in our in-house fabrication and manufacturing of electronic parts. This advantage allows us to make unique proposals to our clients and pursue manufacturing innovation that differentiates us from our competitors. Furthermore, we have created fast-turnaround services for our clients and built a responsive production system that delivers stable product quality by leveraging the fabrication machinery we produce in-house. As a result, we hold approximately 70 percent of the global market for PGA package pins for CPUs found in notebook computers and mobile devices.

We are a specialist in all kinds of metal-wire heading and plastic deformation. We manufacture countless shapes of terminals and pins from metal wire. These include ultra-small terminals and pins for CPU chips and other semiconductor chips found in computers and all kinds of mobile devices. We also supply connector terminals, diode pins, male terminals for automotive connectors, bandolier pins, end-to-end terminals, rivets, and press-fit pins. We offer support services for the integrated production of ultra-small electronic parts, including press forming of metal materials, surface treatments, molding, unitary molding, and automated assembly of electronic parts.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company is a specialist in plastic deformation and heading of wire rods (square wire, round wire, and flat wire) made from brass and other metals. We manufacture products inexpensively because we fabricate products from metal wire materials. This even includes products formed with die presses. This manufacturing method also dramatically cuts initial tool and die costs and reduces material waste from cutting scrap. We also provide molding, plating, and automated assembly for electronic parts. These electronic parts are manufactured using automated fabrication machinery that we build in-house. This advantage allows us to deliver stable product quality through automation with almost no human intervention. We provide unique propositions to clients that our competitors cannot match.

Our company has continually grown and evolved since our inception in 1965. We can now boast of being Japan’s leading terminal pin and wire heading company in terms of both volume and quality. We have an integrated operational system that relies on our advanced in-house technology. This includes manufacturing the dies and production machinery needed to develop header pins as well as press machinery and plating equipment. We manufacture many other electric device panels, polishing machines, testing equipment, and connector assemblers with our own proprietary technology.
We intend to continue pushing forward as a corporation that continually refines its technology, provides the best QCD, and gains the trust and confidence of our clients.

We have a production plant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and business offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, and Taiwan. We have sales offices in Tokyo and Osaka in addition to our head office and production facilities in Toyama. We use this framework to support the overseas business operations of our clients.
