We produce forged ring products that realize reduced input weight and time required for turning.
We offer integrated production of forged ring products (outside diameter 100 to 1000). We cover processes from forging to turning. Our company has realized productization using various kinds of steel such as bearing steel, steel for machine structural use, stainless steel, etc. Our rolling mill development has made it possible to plan a reduction of the machining allowance and differentiation of forged products. Our efforts have reduced both input weight and the time required for turning during later processes.
[Product description] We have reduced the machining allowance and differentiated forge products by developing and building an automated ring forging line and rolling mill on our own. This has allowed us to reduce the input weight and time required for turning during the later processes of production. We have a production control system for central management of sales from orders to shipping (delivery). This realizes process management for all processes, cost management, and cost reduction.
