Our company has been providing solutions in both hardware and software aspects for fields of industry in which image processing technology is the core. We can support you in every area by providing the three-dimensional shape measurement devices that are our main products. We can provide optimal configurations of small, high-performance systems according to customer requests. This is to support our customers in expanding their business with Monozukuri craftsmanship that facilitates rationalization, cost-cutting, and higher quality. We provide the kind of flexible support that is not found in big companies, such as on-site customer support so that optical systems can be introduced smoothly.

[Business description]
Our company contributes to the development of society by applying visual technology using cameras and assembly technology. 
Among these fields we specifically target the area of 3D image measurement technology. The on-site application, such as installation, of this technology is generally difficult, but we can provide a customized system to the customer with our full support. The needs for 3D recognition technology as a visual sensor for robots have been increasing. This is why we are focusing our efforts on developing these visual sensors and their control systems.
We contribute to productivity improvement and the unmanned operation of factories by utilizing visual sensors.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our visual input unit (stereo camera) for 3D image measurement devices (YCAM3D) has characteristics that are freely selectable according to the required specifications (such as work size and accuracy). In addition, the phase shift method is employed in order to increase the accuracy. Accuracy of 20 μm in depth has been achieved.
YCAM3D can be used as a 3D scanner. Shape data can be prepared from CAD synthesis with the obtained data. This is for analytical uses such as modeling, structure analysis, general-purpose study, and analysis.
We have developed a stable-accuracy projector for injecting measurement pattern light. It corresponds to the FA on-site environment in which it is to be introduced, and is capable of long-term light supply.

Foreign products are the mainstream in the field of 3-D scanners, but our company has developed Japanese products with quality that cannot be outdone. We also have the technology to support the customer after purchase with the installation and mounting process until the performance becomes stable.
