[Company strength]
Our unique press molding method enables high-quality production of metal parts that used to be difficult to process even by machining. Our method has the characteristics of high-grade pressing technology. We were able to develop automotive parts and HDD bases for small digital music players by making the best use of high-grade pressing technology. Our Magic Heat Sink features a small size, low profile, and higher-than-ever cooling characteristics. We were able to develop it by fully utilizing our technologies of forming fine fins and unifying them with heat sinks.

[Business description]
Our company has been consistently producing metal products since its foundation in 1962. We use various press molding methods that we uniquely developed. We are experienced in manufacturing and machining metal parts such as heat sinks, HDD bases, and automotive parts. Our company’s Magic Heat Sink is extremely small, thin, and lightweight, and excellent in heat dissipation. This heat sink is applicable to mobile phones and other purposes. We also manufacture products by making the best use of our part processing technologies.

Pressing technology

[Strength of products/technologies]
We are able to make lightweight (low fuel consumption) and durable automotive parts and manufacture HDD bases for further miniaturized digital music players. We accomplished this by using our unique press molding methods as our advantages. We have also developed heat sinks with small structures, low profiles, and excellent heat dissipation. This was done by forming fine fins that are not available by means of conventional methods. We can use these technologies to process parts that are difficult to process even by machining. We will continue to seek out processing and manufacturing that can satisfy our customers’ needs by making the utmost use of our high technological power.

[Representative's message]
The technologies we have developed have enabled high-quality metal parts production that could not be performed without machining, or that was impossible even with machining. This results in the conservation of energy and resources. We take pride in these technologies, which have the environmental friendliness that is essential in the 21st century.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our customers include companies that attract the world’s attention (Canon, Seiko Epson, Mitsubishi Electric, and Fujitsu). We also exhibit our products at Techno-Frontier and other trade shows to actively seek out business opportunities with new major companies.

[Market share/Ranking]
Our world-first fine fin pitch and very thin fin base thickness are produced by our unique construction methods. They are not available from any other manufacturer. They are peerless in terms of their light weight, high rigidity, and excellent heat dissipation.

[Awards and media coverage]
The Japan Society for Technology of Plasticity, Achievement Award for Plastic Working; First Monozukuri (Manufacturing) Nippon Grand Award, Prize of Excellence.
