We produce semiconductor inspection devices and various kinds of industrial equipment in the electric equipment field. We support high-mix low-volume production.
(1) PC board assembly: High-density and high-definition packaging, multilayer boards, large sizes, various materials, and special manual mounting.
(2) Special harness assembly: Assembly of multi-conductor coaxial cables (crimping, pressure welding, soldering, and other joining methods). Composite system cables (joining and assembly of signal/air/power hybrid connectors for controlling automated equipment signals).
(3) Electrical equipment assembly: Manufacturing and assembly of interface equipment for non-destructive analyzers and semiconductor inspection devices using leading-edge technologies.
