Our company manufactures valve plugs for waterworks, and our main products are underground fire hydrant and air valves (both for waterworks). In addition to these main products, we have also developed a fire hydrant with an exhaust valve, which is a low-maintenance hydrant that reduces displacement to the minimum. We also developed a multi-functional cam lever lock type air valve product that can be easily disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled.
[Product description] Waterworks air valves are vital components in venting air from water pipelines and supplying clear water to households. However, venting only air from a pipeline requires a precisely balanced design and many moving parts, which need regular maintenance. This maintenance is not easy when the product is connected with multiple bolts, especially when the parts are rusty. With our cam lever lock type quick air valve the parts are connected with a cam lever, which is a commonly used hose connection method. The lever operation makes disassembly and maintenance quick and easy. In addition, an adapter attachment enables operations that were not possible before. This includes draining, emergency water supply, and pressure tube inspection. [Market share/Ranking] Although the share is only around 5% of the overall air valve market, it is almost 100% in the multi-function air valve market, which our company created.
