We develop metal injection molding technology suitable for electronics, precision optical equipment, and other uses.
We mold plastic products and manufacture metal sintered parts. Our greatest strength is our development of metal injection molding (MIM) technology. This is how we initiated our custom production of metal products. We are extending this technology to micro parts and also developing microporous metal materials containing countless micron pores.

[Company strength] We aim to be “the world’s top research and development backstreet workshop.” Our company has been tackling various subjects using a system of industry-university collaborations in Japan and overseas. We opened a research and development office equipped with cutting-edge experimental facilities and analytic assessment machines within Creation Core Higashi Osaka. It can deal with various subjects quickly and flexibly. [Business description] Plastic product manufacturing: We cover processes from molding to final assembly of plastic products used for purifiers and sanitary items. However, we do not manufacture or sell general-purpose market products. We only supply custom-made products based on customer specifications. Metal injection molding (MIM): After continuous research for about 20 years, we enhanced our facilities and began custom production of metal products as an extension of conventional plastic injection molding technology. Uses of our products vary widely from electronics, precision optical equipment, medical care, and robotics to other applications. [Industry] Manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] Our basis technologies are plastic injection molding and processing, materials, molds, and mass production, which we have cultivated for many years. We have been manufacturing metal sintered parts with high accuracy by means of metal injection molding (MIM). We are aiming to develop and further improve these technologies as our unique technology μ-MIMR by extending them to micro parts. We have uniquely developed microporous metal materials containing countless micron pores from our MIM technology. In cooperation with research institutes and companies, not only domestically but also overseas, we are aggressively tackling research and development with various subsidies. These include Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program certification from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. We strengthened our manufacturing capacity and established an international collaboration system with the inauguration of our factory in Thailand.
