Our company’s particular strength is environmentally friendly production technologies for lightweight process-reduction molds.

Our company manufactures research, progressive, robot line, and other molds in addition to various molds for automotive parts, steel furniture, and vending machines. We have used innovative methods for branding VE process reduction molds to develop steel desk molds with 25-year durability. We achieved single-process production for steel furniture products.

[Company strength]
Our company’s value engineering (VE) process reduction molds are highly functional. They produce great added value that will be reflected in lifetime production in terms of production hours, material costs, minimal installation, and labor saving.
Our particular strength is innovative environmentally friendly technology. This includes proposals for weight reduction by considering strength from the planning phase.
We can make VE proposals for epoch-making high efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.
We also have a perfect support system for follow-up service.
We are strengthening our technical development power with active industry-university collaboration to create next-generation molds.

[Business description]
Our company handles special molds for process reduction, progressive molds, robot line molds, and transfer molds, including prototype and research molds. We provide molds for products from small stationery items to large items such as automotive parts, steel furniture, vending machines, air conditioners, and home electronics appliances. Our integrated production extends to press-molded metal manufactured products. 
We are also engaged in machining and tool manufacturing.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our branding VE process reduction molds are used by industrial manufacturers. They are not based on conventional methods of construction. We independently developed these innovative molds on the basis of our half-century of experience and our history of manufacturing more than 10,000 press molds.
Our molds for steel desks have a 25-year service life and are still in use today.
Steel furniture product manufacturing used to involve six processes, but our technology has reduced this to only one manufacturing process with a mold.
We received the Monozukuri (Manufacturing) Nippon Grand Award for this achievement.

Our company was established in Higashiosaka city in August 1968. We have always been dedicated to producing high-quality molds as an expert in press molds. Our business has continued to the present thanks to the trust and reliance of our customers.
Our company was established as a legal corporation in May 1988 after the founder’s eldest son (the current director) entered the company. We are now in the process of passing down the company’s philosophy with the hope and trust of the founder.
We will contribute to the manufacturing field and promote overseas expansion, concentrating on Asia and Europe, by making further efforts to improve our technological strengths.

The staff in charge of new clients in the general affairs department handle inquiries from major companies and from overseas. The staff in the engineering department handle technical matters and provide sincere support as required.
The president and vice president are in charge of new clients and actively support overseas clients, including information collection and management.
