We offer precision parts manufacturing using photo-etching processing. An advantage of photo-etching is that it does not require any metal molds, and no burrs, warping, or distortion can result from the processing. Our company has produced parts from extremely small to large sizes (original fabric size of 600 × 1,600 mm), and we can support thicknesses between 0.03 and 2 mm.

[Product description] The photo-etching process causes no burrs, warping, or distortion because the process does not involve the application of physical pressure. The process can be applied with precision of 0.01 mm as long as the thickness is under 0.2 (t) mm. This allows for flexible design at a low initial cost. [Product description] Our metal mesh created by means of photo-etching excels in design and functionality. We have experience in processing speaker mesh for 65-inch LCD TVs, and the process can be applied to sizes of 600 × 1,600 mm (material size). We will conduct bending or surface treatment after the photo-etching process as required for delivery as finished products. This allows for flexible design at a low initial cost.
