[Company strength]
Our company has a group for each customer for quick support. We also have organizational power that is capable of handling even high-mix low-volume production. Most of our customers are in industries with intense production fluctuations. We maintain a production system that is capable of coping with production fluctuations as large as 300% to 500% to meet customer requests. We excel at handling lot sizes from several pieces to 300 units. We also meet customer requests for short-term deliveries. We receive orders for integrated production from material procurement to product completion.

[Business description]
Our company manufactures and sells various products. These include automotive parts, forklift parts, and textile machine parts for Toyota Industries, ceramic parts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment for NGK Insulators, and machine tool parts for DMG Mori Seiki. We thoroughly cover stages from material procurement to machining processing (including lathing, machining, polishing, thermal treatment, and surface treatment).

[Industry]
Metal working (automotive parts, industrial vehicle parts, textile machine parts, ceramic heaters for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and machine tool parts)

[Strength of products/technologies]
We process unit-related parts for machine tools and also main shaft parts for machine tools, which require high precision. We excel at micron-order parts processing. We handle lathing, machining, and polishing by using our 300 NC machine tools. Our jigs are all designed and manufactured in-house and lead times can be reduced.

[Representative's message]
Our company was founded in 1946 and has mainly been engaged in consignment processing of textile machine parts and automotive parts. We have been shifting our business from conventional mass production to high-mix low-volume production of high-precision products with added value. This was triggered by the start of transactions with NGK Insulators starting from 1995 and DMG Mori Seiki in 2004. We employ Monozukuri craftsmanship under the Toyota production system of Toyota Industries, which has been our trading partner since our foundation. We will receive more orders for trial manufacturing and design. This will be done by using our Monozukuri craftsmanship and high-precision parts processing technologies as our weapons.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company does not have departments such as a sales department or production technology department. A responsible person in a section manager/group leader position in the manufacturing department becomes in charge of a customer from the reception of an inquiry. The person in charge takes responsibility for everything after receiving drawings. This includes materials procurement, jig design, manufacturing, processing, and quality control. Our company’s management will also visit each customer directly and construct a production system meeting the customer’s needs.
