We are extending our business capacity with air cleaners using negative ions and ozone.

Ions are generated around corona discharges. Our company has acquired a patent for electrodes that generate corona discharges. We manufacture Technos Clean by making use of this knowledge. Technos Clean generates negative ions and ozone, deodorizes the air, collects dust, and eliminates bacteria without using any fans, motors, or filters. This product has been provided to hospitals and homes for the elderly. We are making quick preparations for overseas expansion to handle increasing inquiries about this technology and our patent. These inquiries are coming from China, which is suffering serious air pollution, and other Asian countries such as Taiwan and Singapore.

Our company has a patent for an electrode that generates the corona discharge phenomenon. This is a continuous discharge of a non-uniform electric field from the sharply pointed end of the electrode to a steel material that is manufactured to have a different shape. This patented technology has a wide field of application. It can also be used for product development in other fields (e.g., water treatment). This is the first product in the field of downlight-type deodorizing and bacteria elimination equipment. The installation time can be reduced because it can be installed easily, like lighting equipment.

Our company manufactures and sells the product Technos Clean (a downlight-type negative ion and ozone generator, deodorizer, and dust collector). This product is used at hospitals, homes for the elderly, nurseries, garbage storage facilities, and where people gather. Our technology for negative ion and ozone generation (patented) is applied to OEM and private-brand products.

[Strength of products/technologies]
This product deodorizes the air, collects dust, and eliminates bacteria without using any fans, motors, or filters. It can be made lightweight and compact because not many parts are assembled inside it. Dust collection prevents wall and ceiling blackening around the equipment. We can locate and repair damage easily even if malfunctions arise. The parts semi-permanently resist corrosion or deformation because they are all made of titanium. There have been no problems leading to accidents in a history of about 11 years.

We are recently receiving an increasing number of inquiries about our technology and patent licensing from China, Taiwan, and Singapore. We will prepare ourselves particularly for overseas expansion because we can determine business opportunities from overseas living environments and economic situations. Housing airtightness is increasing in Japan, and the indoor air environment is dirtier than ever. This may affect sensitive people like children, the elderly, and invalids, and impair their health. We will work hard to make our technologies and products be of help in solving these problems.

Our company conducts marketing and sales promotion activities. We were supported by the incubation facilities of the Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation (MINATO Incubation Center) after our foundation (from 2004 until 2006). We still receive advice from the Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation and the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center. We recently made use of the globalization support advice system regarding inquiries from China.
