We have changed our manufacturing methods from machining to pressing using cold-plate forging transfer press technology.

We are expanding the design and manufacture of precision press molding. We developed a cold-plate forging transfer press technology under the Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program. We have succeeded in pressing with solid shapes and dimensional accuracy that are equivalent to conventional machining products. We have realized pressed products with high-precision bottom tapers, chamfering forms, whole-surface R, and crowning forms, which were previously regarded as impossible.

[Company strength]
We have succeeded in pressing with solid shapes and dimensional accuracy equivalent to products made by machining. This was made possible by utilizing cold-plate forging transfer-press technology that was developed under the Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program. We developed this technology making use of the manufacturing technology for ultra-high precision molding that we developed in our experience of electronic parts manufacturing. We also utilized our micron-order precision control technology for pressing using ultra-high-precision molding. 
We can make a proposal to our customers for quality improvement and cost reduction by changing manufacturing methods from machining to pressing.

We design and manufacture precision pressing molding and offer precision pressed parts.
We resolve highly difficult issues, pursue high precision, and abundantly utilize all of our accumulated know-how in our products. We are doing our best to develop high-level manufacturing methods for pressed parts that could not be imagined with conventional pressing.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Sagging and burrs were difficult problems in pressing bearing steel, martensite-system stainless steel, high-carbon steel, and high-strength steel. We have realized a total shear plane with reduced sagging and without burrs. We made it possible to make products with high-precision bottom tapers, chamfering forms, whole-surface R, and crowning forms, which had been regarded as impossible.
We conduct precise solid-shape molding, and punching and drilling of quenched material using pressing.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We assigned two dedicated sales staff members in our HQ and one in our Nagoya office. This was done to further enhance the attractiveness and value of our products, etc., and to establish high evaluations (brand power).
We also participate in actual business talks and presentations with key persons in the design, development, and engineering divisions of major companies through the mediation of a business consultant. We participate in exhibitions such as M-Tech to expand our market.
