Our company processes and assembles films for LCD panels and touch panels on a consignment basis. We conduct various kinds of film processing. This includes cutting from web rolls, punching sheets to make individual pieces, preparing end surfaces, and laminating films onto glass or sheets, with precision finer than ±0.10 mm.
[Product description] We can cooperate in development, trial manufacturing, or mass production. <Punching> Thomson blade molds and pinnacle blade molds are used within a precision finer than ±0.10 mm (pinnacle blade mold). We can cope with complicated shapes (negotiable). A punching machine with a positioning function is used (±0.10 mm is still possible with an imaging camera). <Lamination> Lamination (Sheet-to-Sheet or Rigid-to-Sheet*). We can cope with film-sheet-to-film-sheet lamination when they are the same size, and film-sheet-to-flat-panel (such as glass) lamination. *Rigid-to-Rigid needs separate consultation. <Quality control> Films are processed in a cleanroom. We have adopted an inspector certification system and other sophisticated management techniques that standardize the accuracy of our inspections to deliver reliable quality in a responsible manner.
