We produce cutting machines and forming machines by using system lines totally based on our high-grade technical power.
We offer cutting machines to punch and cut soft materials such as advanced film, resin, rubber, and fiber. We also produce forming machines to manufacture automotive interior parts and food containers by heating and forming resin. These are our main products. We have an integrated production system and propose entire custom-made system products to our customers.
[Product description] We provide pressing lines for forming automobile interior products, such as ceilings, floors, doors, and trunks. Urethane and other multi-layer sheets are simply set up, and the line determines their positions and feeds them into a heater furnace. After heating with our unique Dragon Heater, the line forms the materials into products and automatically outputs them. Robots are used to determine material positions and to take products out. Such an automatic line is available only from us, as a company familiar with forming and cutting machines.
