Our company manufactures industrial pumps that are specialized in conveying slurry liquid. The product’s features include the following: (1) Our original un-injected double mechanical seal prevents leakage from the pump. (2) Our pumps can be used for many kinds of slurry liquid. (3) They are wear resistant and corrosion resistant because of the rubber lining on the parts that are in contact with liquid. [Product description] A rubber lining is adopted for the inside of the pump that is in contact with slurry liquid. The resulting wear resistance is 4 times greater than that of commonly available cast iron pumps, and this product has proven reliable for conveying abrasive compounds. This product has been adopted by many facilities because it is highly corrosion resistant when used for conveying chemicals such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid liquid. Our pumps have the following features as standard specifications: (1) The shaft seal part has a double mechanical seal to prevent leakage, which makes it unnecessary to inject water, thus reducing the running cost. (2) A self-priming method is employed, so the pump can convey liquid from low places, which allows greater flexibility in the pump installation.
