Our company has unique technologies that allow you to replace machining and grinding work with form rolling, which is a plastic processing technology. We are the only Japanese manufacturer specialized in cylindrical die rolling machines. Our lineup includes CAM type, hydraulic type, 3-die type, and CNC. This combination enables us to propose the optimal model for an item. We provide timely maintenance services to both domestic and overseas users. 

We have developed an epoch-making double thread anti-loosening bolt called "PLB(Perfect Lock Bolt)V2"to prevent nuts' reverse rotation.

We are aiming for a local production and sales based 
on licensing with a supply of our Form-rolling dies or
molds.

Thus, we look for bolts or parts maker or distributor 
who has customers with a need of tightening the bolts
to stop the bolts from vibrating loose. Areas of applications are railways,aircrafts,automobile,ships,road signs,
signboards,high voltage pylons,piping for oil refinery 
plants,wind power,turbines for power plants,rolling 
equipment for ironworks,press machines,molding machines,belt-conveyors,farm equipment etc. Also looking for
companies in need of secure U-bolts.

We manufacture and sell cylindrical die rolling machines, roller dies, and automatic feeders. 
Examples of our machining include ball screws, gears, worms, splines, and microgrooves.
The scope of our machining includes serial engraving on cylindrical metal objects.
We have also recently received an increasing number of orders for work on hollow objects that are intended for weight reduction.

Our cylindrical die CNC machine is highly regarded as a high-quality, high-technology form rolling machine for automobiles. However, replacing machining with plastic forming is so innovative for potential customers that sales are growing rather slowly. Nonetheless, customers who buy our products once usually return for more, which has become the norm in our business. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
You can contact the sales department directly, or send inquires through our corporate website, or via a trading company. Technical inquiries are redirected from the sales department to technical departments, and the results of their examination are then sent back to the customers. SV, maintenance, and installation work are arranged by sales representatives before the requested engineers visit the site. We have overseas trading companies who pay regular visits to customers for sales promotion, as we do not have an overseas sales branch.

We have a 15% share of the overseas market, and a 50% share of the domestic Japanese market for this niche product.
