Our company can cover machining, EDM, and grinding. We possess as many as 80 facilities to support small-lot prototype production to mass production in a short delivery time. We can process a wide range of materials, including ceramics and other difficult-to-machine materials. The strength of our machining technology is in the fact that we have a vast amount of know-how from various kinds of machining experience. This is because we have continually worked on challenging projects.

[Company strength]
We have all the necessary facilities for machining, EDM, and grinding. We possess as many as 80 facilities for us to perform from small-lot single-item prototype manufacturing to mass production, and we can deliver in a short time. We do not limit ourselves to specific materials. We machine a variety of materials including ceramics and other difficult-to-machine materials. Our special strength is in being an all-round player in equipment, methods, and materials with regard to machining. Our company was selected as one of the 300 of Japan's Vibrant Monozukuri (Manufacturing) SMEs in a publication issued by METI on April 11, 2006.

We perform machining of various metal and ceramic precision parts. We machine various components and jigs for electronic component production lines, as well as the works themselves according the customer’s specifications. We have recently had more opportunities to work with customers, including new customers, pursuing the same theme to develop prototypes.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We pursue minimizing tolerance to around the 1-micron level. Our company has accumulated various high-precision machining technologies by continuously tackling challenges. We meet 80 to 90% of initial requirements on the very first try, even with difficult machining projects. We satisfy the rest through discussions with the customer and realizing optimal machining after trial and error. We have accumulated a vast amount of machining know-how by giving detailed responses to individual customers, which is our greatest strength in machining technology.

We always challenge ourselves aggressively and insatiably. We have evolved through these challenges in this field of nano-level precision. We have acquired new know-how from proactive trial manufacturing with the motto “Optimal Proposals,” which are offered from both production and sales points of view. We believe that our persistent pursuit of technology is the driving force behind the solutions that we offer to our customers’ problems. We hope to contribute to society by being indispensable for cutting-edge Monozukuri craftsmanship. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our sales offices are located in Fukuoka (headquarters), Saitama, and Niigata. They conduct sales activities and focus their resources on new customer acquisition as our most important sales strategy. Our sales and production departments work together to solve issues by presenting technical proposals in a timely manner. They respond to inquires we receive via 8 annual exhibitions (participation in 2013) and the company website.
