We develop and manufacture rotating disk system component aligning feeders that do not involve vibration. 

Our company developed the Ring Run component aligning feeder, which feeds components by slowly rotating the inside of the feeder. This product has been adopted by many electronic component manufacturers, including automobile parts manufacturers. We also design and manufacture precision machinery such as automatic assembly machines and automatic inspection machines. This is done so we can manufacture bearings. We also design and manufacture general labor-saving machinery.

[Company strength]
Our business mainly consists of developing and manufacturing precision assembly machinery and inspection machinery for major bearing makers and home electronics appliance makers. We blend our accumulated technologies with our know-how and the latest technologies to create entirely new mechanisms for the manufacturing fields of other industries. This is done without limiting ourselves to a specific business category or industry, which allows us to think in a more creative manner.
We believe that this results in our method generating highly efficient, low-cost automating equipment that surprises our customers.

Our company has been engaged in all the processes of design, development, and manufacturing of labor-saving machinery since its establishment. Our corporate philosophy is “Create an Infinite Future.”
Our business currently has two pillars. One is designing and manufacturing various automatic assembly machines, automatic inspection machines, and other precision machines, as well as designing and manufacturing general labor-saving machinery. These are all done to receive orders for bearings on a consignment basis. Our other pillar is manufacturing and selling aligning feeders for rotating disk system components under our own brand.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Components are aligned or fed in conventional component feeder systems by applying vibration to them. The resulting noise and damage to each component have been weaknesses of these systems. Our company developed our unique Ring Run component feeder in response to a development request for a feeder that resolves these issues. Ring Run feeds components by slowly rotating its interior, without using vibration. This feeder resolves the issues of noise and damage. It has obtained 12 patents.
Development of an ultrasonic leakage inspection tool for automobile mufflers
This product was jointly developed with Tokushima Prefectural Industrial Technology Center and patented by our company. It was approved under the Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program in 2013. Leakage tests on airtight containers used to be conducted by visual inspection. We developed a product that detects bubbles over 0.2 mm by using ultrasonic waves. This was done to improve and stabilize the accuracy of inspections.

We try to pursue a simple framework in our manufacturing practice, by elaborating on a mechanism. We believe that a simple framework makes operations precise, stable over the long term, and easy to manage for our customers, and that this results in reduced production costs.
This philosophy is reflected our Ring Run component aligning feeder. This product has become quite popular among the many electronic component makers that have adopted it, including auto part makers. We hope to fuse the technological power from our Ring Run feeder with our know-how, in order to develop machines that make an even stronger impression on our customers.

Our rotating disk system component aligning feeder is a one-of-a-kind product that can feed two to three times the number of components as conventional feeders. For example, our Electronic Component Chip Condenser 1005 can feed 12,000 pieces per minute, which is the world’s largest feed rate.
