Chemical conversion treatment for zinc plating was changed from hexavalent chromate to trivalent chromate several years ago because of ELV, RoHS, and WEEE. However, trivalent chromate has the following disadvantages: (a) High-level management technology necessary to secure stability (b) Cr3+ oxidized to Cr6+ under some conditions (c) Difficult to prove no containment of Cr6+ We provide environmentally friendly surface treatment without using chrome. (2) We provide hybrid fibers exhibiting resin and metal characteristics by plating with resin fibers. Fiber types and metal types are negotiable. [Market share/Ranking] First in Japan.
