[Company strength]
Among our 22 employees, 15 have TIG welding qualifications. (We have 18 welding machines.) The average age of our staff is as young as 34.6 (as of April 1, 2014), so we have the strength and flexibility to support products with short delivery times.
In addition to welding machines, we have installed various processing machines including cutting machines, pressing machines, lathes, and milling cutters/benders. We can take on all kinds of manufacturing.  
We also have a large factory site of about 3,300 square meters, so we can manufacture very large products. 
Staff with the necessary qualifications regarding quality such as Quality Control Supervisors are assigned to each customer to assure a sense of security.

[Business description]
We have been conducting welding and processing of nonferrous metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium with a focus on TIG welding since our foundation 28 years ago. We manufacture stairs for slopes and aluminum guide handrails as mass production products. Our handrails prevent falling from scaffolding at construction sites, etc., and are authorized by the Scaffolding and Construction Equipment Association of Japan. We manufacture a variety of custom-made workbenches and aluminum structures called trusses, which are used for concerts or events, as small-lot products. Our stainless steel products include welded frames for food-related measurement and wrapping equipment. We conduct daily manufacturing work as a cooperating company with seven companies including major manufacturers.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have several staff with almost 20 years of technical expertise, and qualified staff who have passed Japan Welding Engineering Society or Nippon Light Metal Association certifying examinations. We have high-level technology and an abundant accumulation of know-how. Furthermore, we have a wide-ranging network of manufacturers nearby that can supplement processes that we cannot cover. This includes material extrusion, precision sheet-metal processing, resin processing, painting, and long-distance conveyance. This is why we have an environment that enables us to manufacture products with short delivery times. 
We have experience in a wide range of product production from custom-made one-piece production to the mass-production of temporary products, so we can respond to either of these requirements.

Our company has been focusing on TIG welding in the 28 years since our foundation. Our 22 young staff members have an average age of 35. We have accumulated know-how and 15 certified welding experts (as of April 2014) in aluminum welding and DC TIG welding (iron, stainless steel, and titanium). This is how we provide a sense of security to our customers through our stable technological strength.
We are not yet considering overseas expansion. For the moment we prefer to focus our efforts on enhancing our technological and human strengths so we can respond to the high-level requirements of domestic customers.

Our staff attend Quality Control Supervisor training and other lectures held by our customer manufacturers. Our company assigns qualified Quality Control Supervisors in each section in order to assure the quality control of each product.

An aluminum tower that we made in the past (in-house specification: 45 m) is now ranked as the largest in the world.
