We have developed a lightweight reinforced plastic composite material using bamboo fiber.

We have developed this business based on our surface treatment technology since we established our company, making it possible to supply products of any size by mass production with stable quality. We deal in industrial chromium plating, electroplating for decoration and corrosion protection, grinding and polishing processing of metal materials, and molding processing of synthetic resin. We also deal in component analysis, material examination, physical analysis, metal spray, resin construction, sale and construction of housing equipment, etc. We are developing a lightweight reinforced plastic composite using highly functional bamboo fiber, aiming to exploit a new market for this product.

Development of low-carbon lightweight reinforced plastic composite using high functional bamboo fiber.

[Product description] We extract highly functional bamboo fiber with high aspect ratio from bamboo which is an unused biomass. By incorporating it into the resin, the consumption of resin can be halved. We manufacture lightweight reinforced parts such as automobile parts and construction materials using the resin to save costs. We contribute to building a low-carbon society by reducing CO2 using the material described above.
