We possess technologies even for 10-μm drilling, and we handle various materials.

Our company manufactures aerospace industrial parts, shipbuilding parts, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, automotive parts, machine tool parts, molds, and turbine parts. We can machine various materials such as aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, copper alloys, and Inconel. We have experience in performing 10-μm machining and we can make complicated measurements with 3D laser measuring equipment.

[Company strength]
Our company’s strength is broadly classified into the following three fields:
1) Manufacturing and 3D measurement of large articles.
2) Micro-machining (submicron-order).
3) Machining many kinds of metals.
We handle many kinds of production equipment in each industry. Most of this equipment is produced in single projects. We have little routine work and do most of our work in the form of projects. We also handle high-mix low-volume production by thorough employee education to raise our level of strength in the field.

Our company manufactures a wide range of large equipment and parts. These include aerospace industrial parts, shipbuilding parts, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, automotive parts, machine tool parts, molds, turbine parts, and medical machine parts. We can handle various materials such as aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, copper alloys, Inconel, and resins. We often handle industrial production equipment because we machine large metal parts. We manufacture LCD TV manufacturing equipment, power generation plants, and other trunk facilities for the manufacturing industry.

Machining single-circle rings of a little below 5 meters in diameter for H2 rockets. Fuselage parts for passenger jets. Large precision parts for power generation plants, oil plants, and machine tool bodies. Micro-machining during R&D. Feedback from micro-machining technologies to large-size machining to increase our strength.

We will be sensitive to customer needs and seeds and actively enter such industries. We initiated our measurement service last year. Machining techniques are necessary for measuring complicated industrial products. We will not aimlessly extend our business to many industries. We will target industries where we can exhibit our strength.

We handle all materials that can be processed by cold heading in diameters from 1.4 to 22. We ensure high quality throughout the manufacturing process and also carry out 100% inspection using an image screener to prevent distribution of defective products. We have our own computer system to make operations paperless, and centrally manage processing from accepting customer orders, instructions on lot numbers, production, and so on to shipment. We also have a mechanism for traceability checks. This allows us to find out when, where, and by whom our products were made if their lot number is known, even after delivery. Our technology is in every single screw.
