[Company strength]
Since our establishment we have followed our own corporate philosophy. For us, quality consists of the head, with failures leading to unique technologies, the face, with the manufacturing process imparting character, and the heart, with trust producing harmony. Under this policy, our company processes a wide range of products in various areas. This includes auto parts, mechanical parts, hobby parts, and so on, in a constant effort to expand into new fields. We are especially focused on developing unique machining methods. Our customers often ask us to get involved from the design phase because of our ability to make proposals. 

[Business description]
Our company deals with many kinds of small quantity production of various products, mainly using automatic compound NC lathes. Our products include auto parts, semiconductor parts, hobby parts, and many others. We have established a production system that operates 24/365. We apply the rigorous quality control methods of the auto industry to other fields to further enhance productivity and high quality.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have product planning and design capabilities and problem-solving abilities that are rare among SMEs. This allows us to identify challenges and plan, design, and productize optimal metal parts for our customers. Especially in machining complicated shapes with difficult-to-cut metallic materials, we have developed exceptional Monozukuri craftsmanship power. It includes:
(1) Design capability for optimal designs for the material and shape
(2) Machining technology for the application of our own unique machining techniques
(3) Production control, such as introducing standard deviation (σ), to control of the capabilities of each machining tool
(4) Enhancement of overall manufacturing management to promote (1) to (3)
All of these efforts give us a competitive advantage in customer satisfaction in terms of specifications, prices, and production lots. 


[Representative's message]
Our company has mainly manufactured metal machining parts such as gas fittings and water-flushing metal fittings since its establishment in 1962. We made 2000 a milestone for us under the slogan “a company to last for 100 years.” We started to focus on machining (1) various materials (brass, copper, stainless steel, aluminum, iron, Inconel, Kovar, Duracon, Teflon, etc.) (2) in various shapes and sizes (outside diameter 0.07 to 200). We support (3) various lot sizes (10 to 1 million pieces a month) and (4) proposal-based participation from the design phase. 
We have earned our customers’ patronage as a one-stop machining solution company. However, we would like to tap into new fields and new customers to contribute to our customers through machining. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our organization consists of a production division and management division. The production division has technical and manufacturing functions. The management division has departments for QA (quality assurance), sales, operations (shipping, logistics, and procurement), and general affairs (clerical work). The president oversees responses to new customers to smoothly arrange all processes such as estimates and meetings.
