[Company strength] We make the most of our abundant experience with major system integrator customers. Our system development business caters to your needs by providing consulting on planning and design, as well as requirement definition, design, and development, in addition to maintenance and operations. We have developed the Shushu Meijin data collection system as a solutions product that works with mobile devices, and the Map KPI on-site empowerment tool. We also offer various other solutions from the point of view of being familiar with conditions on-site. [Business description] Our company is a provider of system integration services. We are engaged in consulting, consigned system development, and operations. Our business includes (1) open system development, (2) integrated system development, (3) mobile solutions, and (4) industrial solutions, mainly for production control. We also develop and sell mobile solution products. From 2013, we have entered the heath care/life care market using ICT. We are utilizing a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare subsidy for assisting SMEs (for the development of support devices for persons with disabilities). We have also received a Monozukuri SME/Monozukuri Craftsmanship for Trial Manufacturing subsidy from the Small and Medium Enterprises Agency. [Industry] Software development [Strength of products/technologies] Our Shushu Meijin on-site data collection system makes use of the portability of mobile devices for quickly, accurately, and closely capturing information on current conditions and situations in the field. Shushu Meijin is on-site solution POE (Point of Event) software that collects information to enhance productivity and operational quality. The operation screens are automatically generated simply by defining the data items and procedures in Excel and downloading the software (patent pending), and these screens can be easily linked to the core system. This is why the software can be quickly and flexibly used in a variety of operations. [Representative's message] Shushu Meijin is on-site information collection software that can be implemented quickly and easily because of its affinity with existing systems. It can be used in a variety of situations where on-site information has to be collected quickly and accurately. The software itself can be introduced easily as soon as the customer recognizes a new use situation. We will work with our customers to expand its usage to various scenes by making the most of these strengths. Furthermore, Shushu Meijin is also used as the base of our “Support Workbook for Persons with Higher Brain Dysfunction,” which is being jointly developed with Kobe University. It will be shown at the World Federation of Occupational Therapist Conference, WFOT 2014, and then released in U.S. and European markets. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] Our company basically receives inquiries via our website. The customer contact in the management department will respond to phone inquiries from major companies or companies overseas. Appropriate engineers in the relevant department will respond to inquiries about technical issues, products, and services. [Authorization/Certification] Business Innovation Plan (December 2005); Privacy Mark, 2006.
