We are a development type manufacturer that sells special-purpose ICs and LSIs used for sensors and communications. We can conduct services from detection algorithm design to circuit design and IC chip supply. We integrate an analog circuit for small signal processing and a logic circuit to form a super-sensitive sensor. We can develop a sensor IC that detects optical signals with a bandwidth of 1 MHz or above, and with a level of 10 nA or above. We provide 50 to 250 Mbps or higher optical light photo detector ICs and Tx driver ICs for short distance optical communications.

We assure top-level quality and reliability because we consign manufacturing to major semiconductor manufacturers. We make use of a mass production line, so we can supply products at a low cost. We can utilize an optimal semiconductor process according to the user’s needs, so we can supply high-performance products and products with good cost performance. We are a semiconductor venture business that develops and sells ICs and LSIs used for sensors and communications. We are a development type semiconductor manufacturer. We conduct manufacturing according to the processes of major semiconductor manufacturers. We also design photo detector structures and circuits in-house. We are willing to accept orders from overseas semiconductor manufacturers that make low-priced products, in addition to major Japanese semiconductor manufacturers. We evaluate electric features and also confirm optical performance and quality. We also support small-lot prototype manufacturing for R&D, as well as mass production.

We can provide 50 Mbps or higher and -25 dBm or higher optical devices to be used for short distance optical communications. 
We can also design high-speed signal processing circuits in the RF band at 1 Gbps and above.
We can mount memory on optical ICs.
We can develop photo ICs that support 24V or higher power supplies.
We can integrate analog circuits for small signal processing and logic circuits.
We can develop sensor ICs that detect optical signals with a bandwidth of 1 MHz or higher, and a level of 10 nA.
We can offer further improvement in sensitivity if the bandwidth is reduced.
