High quality management technology even for products of the size of microns

We manufacture various parts related to automobile, IT, medical equipment, etc. by cutting/processing various metal materials using state-of-the-art facilities such as compound NC lathe, grinding machine and examination equipment. We use our super-precise cutting and processing technology to stably mass-produce products requiring the precision in microns with a minimum defective rate.

[Company strength]
We manufacture and sell functional parts that have acquired high credibility from the market by using state-of-the-art facilities such as compound NC lathe, grinding machine, examination equipment, and sophisticated technologies. Besides our Okayama factory, we also have factories that can manufacture products of the same level in Vietnam. This two wheels system enables us to respond to the diverse requirements of our clients. We also buy and sell products from partner factories, organizing a system for responding to the various needs of domestic and foreign clients.

We cut and process various metal materials using NC lathe, machining, and the like under the motto “large credibility with small parts.” We manufacture and sell automobile related functional parts and safety sensor parts, electronic device related functional parts, medical diagnostic equipment parts, and fundamental parts of other industries. We have also started recently to develop surgical equipment.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have a fully integrated production system using processing facilities such as precision cutting, polishing, barrel plating, cleaning, and automatic examination. We have acquired our quality management technology by years of trial and error. We have been praised by our clients because our quality management technology allows us to stably mass-produce our products with micron-order precision with minimum defect rate.

We have shifted our main products to highly value-added products since our foundation in 1952, such as electric appliance-related parts, IT-related parts, and automobile/medical equipment-related parts. We have been able to accomplish this business deployment with our experience in ultraprecise cutting and processing technologies as well as our stable capability for supplying high-quality products. We are currently focused on designing and developing surgical products (forceps) by making use of our technology and experience. We hope to continue to further improve our production technology to respond to the needs of various fields at home and abroad.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our HQ sales department and Okayama factory management department will be the representative for new clients. They will work with Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam-based offices for foreign transactions to become the contact point for the inquiries from major companies and foreign companies. The contact personnel of the manufacturing department will respond to the technical problems to solve them. We have four foreign bases in addition to the offices at our Osaka HQ and Okayama factory. We can make necessary adjustments to commercial distribution at any time for any transaction pattern, whether for domestic, import/export, or international transactions.
