Our company has a consistent production system, ranging from in-house mold manufacturing, pressing, subsequent processes like barreling, electrolysis and chemical polishing to annealing treatment, cleansing by deionized water of nano-level and advanced quality assurance to manage CPK values. Manufacture and sale of precision press dies and press parts. Our company has engaged in ultraprecision fields for half a century since its founding, originally starting with molds manufacturing. We excel in mass production technology in progressive pressing for products such as electronic parts of high precision and micron accuracy, automotive parts requiring high-accuracy cold forging technology, ceramic sheet made by precision blanking, etc. That makes us contribute to both domestic and overseas companies in their supplying world’s ranking products. We have focused on honeycomb molds for purifying automotive emission in recent years as demand for environmental control increases worldwide.

HDD (hard disc) demands read/write intervals of 10 nano level, and our base plate products for HDD retain such a high level of accuracy for the crucial function component that only 4 manufacturers in the world can deliver.   We are also capable of meeting requirements all round on the basis of our fundamental technology for coalescence of complicated 3D shapes, switch over in the process method to pressing only without cutting process, precision cold forging that requires flatness and verticality of micron accuracy, deep drawing technology, etc.

Our company has specialized in manufacturing from ultraprecision molds to ultrafine highly complicated molds for 45 years since our founding.  We are replete with advanced facilities, our bipolar manufacturing sites in Okinawa and at our headquarters cope with quick delivery requirements anticipated due to expected increase in demand for honeycomb catalyst molds. Thus, we are prepared to respond faithfully to our users' needs for more highly precise components in the world and expand our mass production capacity of ultraprecision components at the same time.

Our Development Center for Die and Mold Advanced Technology is a window to our customers’ requirements for development, where electron microscopes and universal testing machines are equipped. We have well established verification techniques approximated to actual manufacturing processes by CAE analysis. We also have approaches in place to jointly improve production technology as for mass-produced items.   We carry through our responsible stance on molds sales that is constant since our founding days to see to it that production at our customers, as well as in-house trials of our own products and quality assurance activities, is conducted.  We have professional staffs well positioned to expand our operations globally in dealing with many companies overseas.
