[Company strength]
Our company has been growing steadily since it foundation as a manufacturer of production facilities for sheet metal working, canning, machining, and automotive production.
We have been greatly commended several times as a Denso cooperative business for our custom-made product quality, technology, cost, and on-time delivery.
We continuously work to evolve our management, such as by acquiring ISO certification (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) and by receiving regular diagnosis of our corporate strength from our customers.
Major automotive parts manufacturers manufacture global strategic parts with high functionality, high quality, and low cost at their factories in Japan and abroad. These parts cannot be manufactured without high-efficiency production facilities or equipment with built-in high-level automated functions. We cooperate with customers from the stage of conceptual specifications. Our company designs, manufactures, and assembles production facilities and equipment that are optimal for their purpose of use, and provides them in a timely manner.
We also use our unique cooperative relationships to design, manufacture, assemble, and install jigs, tools, and parts that are indispensable for production lines. We can help customers comprehensively streamline their production lines, including their surroundings.

[Business description]
We have been supporting the production of global strategic parts for over 60 years, mainly as a partner of Denso Corporation, with the following three businesses:
1. Dedicated machines: Developing, designing, and manufacturing parts production facilities and dedicated machines (cleaning and drying, deburring, heating and temperature-keeping, carrying, coating, leakage inspection, etc.).
2. Parts production: Producing parts and developing processes (single pieces to thousands, various materials, various machining methods, multi-process batch implementation, high accuracy, and short lead times).
3. Monozukuri craftsmanship support: Planning, proposing, arranging, and implementing on-site Kaizen improvement (rationalization, efficiency enhancement, environmental protection, safety, transport, and energy conservation).

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have an advantage in inline and fully automatic equipment in the dedicated machine business. The extent of aging of their repetition accuracy is distinctively different compared with general-purpose machines. In general, we have large niche shares. For example, facilities and equipment manufactured by our company are used for about 80% of global automotive alternator production by Denso.
We also cooperate with customers from the concept stage in the parts production business regarding jigs, tools, and parts around the customers’ production lines to comprehensively support their streamlining. We learn and illustrate customer requests at the concept stage with no drawings and make proposals that powerfully support on-site improvement. We can thoroughly handle even a single order for parts requiring multiple processes or hard-to-machine parts that are not accepted by other manufacturers because of our unique cooperative relationships. We are ready to receive consultations about any kind of product. We are also ready to handle hundred-percent subcontracting or urgent production.
We have frequent contact with our customers in the productivity improvement business to understand their situations well. Based on this we propose and implement better ideas that cost less from the standpoint of the customer by using our technologies to support Monozukuri craftsmanship.

[Representative's message]
We used to sell special technologies and skills, but we no longer define our business in terms of selling what we take it upon ourselves to sell. Instead, we work hard every day to meet ever-changing customer needs and potential needs.
Therefore, it is not at all rare for us to recommend that a customer not buy something as a solution to the customer’s problem. We mean to be special for our customers. This is so we can establish a cooperative relationship, not merely as trading parties, for our coexistence and mutual prosperity by solving problems of customers and society together.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
The management planning section will handle inquiries from major companies. A person responsible for sales, design, or manufacturing will attend to the customer depending on the contents of a consultation.
We will organize and dispatch a team of necessary staff to solve problems when necessary, or take other hands-on measures.
The president directly supports new customers. We will support customers sincerely from the first meeting to our management after the start of transactions.

In general, we have large niche shares. For example, facilities and equipment we manufacture are used for about 80% of global automotive alternator production by Denso.

[Joint research and development]
We jointly developed various cleaning systems and so on (R&D) with the major companies mentioned in our past history of transactions. We developed a highly accurate press punching method for cogwheels with a subsidy from the Nagoya Industries Promotion Corporation for creative R&D. We developed a process method for a major agricultural machine manufacturer in a SAPOIN-approved R&D project. We developed a method for high-accuracy CFRP press punching with a major chemicals manufacturer. We received consigned mass-production planning (January to August 2009).
