Fu-se Vacuum Forming Ltd.

Vacuum forming decoration technology for film surface material that attracts attention from industries.

We are a manufacturer of plastic thermo-molding equipment. We have developed eco-friendly decoration technology called NGF-TOM Method. This technology attracts attention as a solution of problems such as emission of volatile organic compound (VOC) and drainage treatment occurring in the surface treatment such as coating. This method is a core technology used for automobile interior parts etc., which can improve product quality by attaching surface materials with various color tones and textures to plastic metal, non-metal, or glass.

Manufacturing and sales of Plastic TOM molding machines

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have developed the NGF-TOM Method, a core technology that can improve product quality by attaching surface materials with various color tones and textures to plastic, metal, non-metal, or glass products. It has attracted attention as a solution of problems such as emission of volatile organic compound (VOC) or hexavalent chrome and drainage treatment occurring in surface treatments like coating/plating methods. Plastic films constituting surface material. Decoration technology such as printing. Manufacturing of adhesive material to be attached to products. We have a strong connection with other manufactures so that we can provide clients with not only our equipment but also the necessary information regarding TOM Method.

[Representative's message]
Now, interior parts for automobiles have the highest proportion of products adopting the TOM Method. All such automobile manufactures have established their manufacturing/sales bases overseas to develop sales in the global market. European automobile manufactures have especially established good reputation regarding recognition and technology. We will be actively involved in expanding our business to Europe since it is our biggest challenge. Adoption of TOM Method by European cars will increase our reputation in Japan.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
The management in major companies is different from that in small and medium companies. Still, we need to learn how to promote business plans and make use of management methods from major companies to improve our quality. We do not handle all operations by ourselves but have built a framework with support from universities and government to improve our quality. We will not establish our bases overseas but ask trainees to visit us first, and then develop a global network framework with them and manage them.
