[Company strength]
We can provide customer support for pressing machines and their peripherals collectively on our own,  which caters to smooth discussion and provision of after-sales services. We are also capable of designing and manufacturing special purpose devices and carrier devices outside the sphere of pressing.

We design and manufacture pressing machines (mechanical/hydraulic), as well as their peripherals including robots.  We also design and manufacture automatic and special purpose machines. We purchase and overhaul used pressing machines. We are also engaged in after-sales services.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We support both standard and customized specifications. We are also able to design and manufacture machines with special specifications.  We can handle system design and teaching for multi-axial robots. We design and manufacture hot forging trimming press, as well. Our after-sales support covers not only our products but also those made by other manufacturers.  We have a lot of experiences in specification changes. For example, we have increased the capacity for a C-type single crank press from 250 ton to 300 ton.  We also adjusted the height of a 500 ton straight side press from 5700 mm to 4900 mm .  We also changed the stroke length of a C-type single crank press from 250 mm (standard) to 400 mm .  We have changed a die height from 500 mm (standard) to 700 mm as well.

[Representative's message]
We were established as NAGAO TECH in August 1998, inheriting staff members and technologies from Nagao Iron Works Ltd.   In October 2001,  we changed our name to NTEC Co.  Ltd. and moved our main factory.  In August 2008,  we formed a capital tie-up with PMT Corporation for coordinated production.  We have developed ourselves into a company which can conduct high-precision assembly in a micron unit.  We design,  manufacture, sell, and provide services tailored to customer needs.

We have established a joint venture in Indonesia as part of our effort to build an organizational framework for after-sales services and machine sales to Japanese firms that have entered the country.  We try to meet customer requirements through meetings on detailed specifications and safety measures.  We provide after-sales services from our Osaka and Nagoya Offices.
