[Company strength]
We have worked on more sophisticated material selection and technologies of molding, and established a system management method to operate these technologies in a combined, consolidated manner.  We engage in development and creation of products ranging from mass-produced products to prototypes to support new technologies. We also design new molds at our Engineering Division and thus we can respond to customers promptly.

[Business description]
We manufacture and sell plastic tubes, pipes, and rods. We mainly supply major manufacturers with tubes for hydraulic and pneumatic piping on an OEM basis.  In addition to plastic extrusion molding, we can handle all kinds of resin molding, including coil processing, bending, and welding. Our products are mainly the following:
1. Plastic tubes/hoses 
2. Metal and other types of blade hoses 
3. Spiral tubes/slit tubes 
4. Coil tubes

[Strength of products/technologies]
In our production line, we have achieved cost reduction by semi-automation of inspection processes.  At the same time, we assure quality in an integrated manner by controlling and recording outer diameter measurements endlessly (with flash memory).  In addition, under the Eco Action 21 (Environmental Activity Evaluation Program), we have established production processes which do not release hazardous substances, and meet environmental requirements.  We engage in full-scale in-house manufacturing of extruded plastic products up to secondary elaboration (coiling bending welding etc.), which allows us to offer products in short lead time and at low costs.

[Representative's message]
We were founded in 1999 with the objective of manufacturing plastic tubes. We mainly manufacture, develop, and sell plastic products to supply manufacturers of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment with low-pressure tubes and medium- and high- pressure hoses.  In January 2014, we started sale of our original products by leveraging our long-cultivated technologies and experience in development.  We aspire to become a useful enterprise contributing to clients under the motto of “Low Price” “Good Quality” and “Promptly.” 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our Business Division has staff personnel in charge of new clients. Technical aspects and the quality assurance system of products are handled by the Manufacturing Division and the Production Engineering Division, whose personnel visit clients in person with staff members of the Business Division. To handle new orders, we have established the Product Development Meeting, where the heads of individual divisions attend. Proposals of the meeting are approved by the president at a board of directors meeting, as necessary.
