We pursue critical technologies of ceramic thermal spraying, and offer functions and quality made possible by plasma and high-speed flame spraying.

We engage in surface treatment mainly by utilizing ceramic thermal spraying. Since our foundation, we have focused on the Rokide process and have succeeded in manufacturing widely applicable ceramic coatings, including coatings with strong intergranular coupling manufactured by Rokide spraying. We boast of well-equipped facilities with machining lathes and grinding machines in addition to dozens of plasma, Rokide, high-speed flame, and arc thermal spraying machines.

We have a proven track record in the ceramic thermal spraying business of more than 50 years. We can offer great flexibility in various services, including development, to manufacture even a single product for a wide range of applications ranging from abrasion to electric insulation, heat resistance, thermal insulation, and corrosion resistance. We have business and manufacturing establishments in both Eastern and Western Japan, and have been enjoying close relationships with our clients across the nation.

Since our foundation in 1961, we have been engaged in surface treatment services mainly by utilizing ceramic thermal spraying. We have the following six business establishments: A head office (Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture), three plants (Gyoda City, Saitama Prefecture, and Amagasaki City and Ako City, Hyogo Prefecture), and two service offices (Tokyo and Amagasaki City). Our main machining facilities include dozens of thermal spraying machines ranging from plasma to Rokide, high-speed flame, and arc spraying machines, as well as machining lathes and grinding machines. These enable us to handle a wide range of requests from thermal spraying to finishing. We serve several clients in a broad scope of fields including semiconductor and liquid crystal, petrochemical plant, paper manufacturing, film, energy, beverage and food, iron and steel, and metal industries.

1. Our spraying techniques create widely applicable ceramic coatings, including coatings with strong intergranular coupling created by the Rokide spraying technique, which is a type of complete fusion spraying. 2. We boast of abrasive techniques that enable subtle surface conditioning. 3. We can coat non-metal base materials such as carbon and carbon-fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP).
