[Company strength]
We prosper as one of the few manufacturers in Japan that possess an integrated production system. It handles processes from drawing to stranding nylon coating and assembly of ultrafine stainless steel wire with highly advanced techniques in each of these fields. Our aim is to satisfy needs in various industries while further sophisticating our technologies. We determined to continue developing new products through efforts including diversification of wire materials, structures and coating materials.

Our company has a 21-year history since its founding in 1985. We have been able to satisfy a wide range of user requests for our products, by establishing an integrated manufacturing system while developing finer and stronger stainless steel rope. [Strength of products/technologies]
We have technology to draw and strand world’s thinnest ultrafine stainless steel wire (the minimum diameter: 9 μm)  We also can coat ultrafine wire with polyamide (PA) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA), 

[Representative's message]
Our basic management philosophy is “overall altruism”, the fundamental principle to obtain customer satisfaction. The world currently stands poised for great change. We have never and will never aim to develop as a company that merely pursues profit. We aim at the creation of products and an organization that can truly contribute to society while developing on a global scale looking toward the world at large and the universe ahead. We succeeded in the development of a single thread of stainless steel wire in the world’s smallest diameter of 9 μm in 2008 and newly entered the medical equipment field. We are also attempting to draw ultrafine NiTi wire aiming at manufacture of products. It will contribute to people not only in Japan but also all over the world through development of medical devices.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We will newly establish the R&D center to advance in-house research and development to obtain a medical device manufacturing license by the end of 2014. We will also continue to reinforce staffing for quality-assurance and safety-control systems.

Approximately 7% of share in the ultrafine stainless steel rope market; ranked fourth in Japan.

[Awards]Osaka Outstanding Invention Award in 2009 ; Osaka Monozukuri Award (Artisan) in 2009; [Media] We became model  company for the drama, "Tight Rope no Onna" by Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) in six installments from January in 2012.

Certification of  ISO 9001 (January 27 2005); approval of a specific research and development plan based on the Act on the Enhancement of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises’ Core Manufacturing Technologies (July 12 2013).
