[Company strength]
We have realized manufacturing process visualization based on the wealth of experience and knowledge we have obtained from various kinds of consignment manufacturing for our customers. This is done using our original Product Execution & Tracing SYSTEM. We have also quickly visualized QCD information such as progress and traceability for our customers. We can also support either type of manufacturing: high-mix low-volume manufacturing or mass production. We are a member of the NADEX Group, so we can make proposals for integrated solutions on both a domestic Japanese and overseas basis. We provide support using our technology, manufacturing, quality control, and services on the basis of a wide network and our own in-house products.

[Business description]
Our company is a NADEX Group manufacturing division. Our services extend from sheet metal processing to electronic substrate mounting, unit configuration, assembly, and product finishing. We perform consignment manufacturing from design to material procurement, manufacturing, and quality control. We develop, manufacture, and provide quality guarantees and services for resistance welding equipment in Japan and abroad as our in-house products. We established the NADEX Laser R&D Center as a new project this year. It is equipped with world’s largest-class fiber laser oscillator. It serves as the base of NADEX’s laser business technology development (in process analysis, processing technology, and construction method development).

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have a dominant share of the domestic Japanese and overseas markets in the area of resistance welding control equipment for automobile body assembly lines. We deal with large current control (inverter control) and measurement technology. Now we are also dealing with adaptation control, which enables optimization of welding quality. We support various overseas standards, and various FA NetWork fieldbuses. Our NADEX Laser R&D Center is equipped with the world’s largest-class fiber laser oscillator. This Center is developing advanced laser construction methods such as welding, cutting-off, and surface modification ranging from low power to high power (100 kW). This is being done in cooperation with universities and institutions. We can make one-stop offers ranging from consignment processing and testing to system integration and manufacturing equipment solutions including oscillators, processing heads, robots, etc. This is done by adding monitoring and adaptation controls. In consignment manufacturing we can provide integrated support for design, manufacturing, inspection, and quality control in steps ranging from sheet metal processing to substrate mounting and assembly of final products. We have realized cost competitiveness, quality, increased speed, and traceability based on our manufacturing management system.

[Representative's message]
We are a NADEX Group manufacturing division. We have received high evaluations from many customers for many years, under the corporate philosophy “Working hard to support the customer’s Monozukuri craftsmanship.” In the future we hope to realize synergy effects by utilizing cooperation with manufacturing divisions in North America and China, and also by sharing technology and information. We also hope to establish a global system for development, manufacturing, and services. In our new laser business we also aim to contribute to the local community, society, and manufacturing. This is based on our group philosophy “We target realizing the happiness of our staff and contributing to the prosperity of society through the development of our company.” 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have assigned dedicated staff for innovative development and new business in our sales group, which is the point of contact for customers. They will collect and summarize information and promote information sharing in the company so that we can quickly support the customer. Each technology group, development group, and manufacturing group in technological fields will support domestic Japanese and overseas matters. Our quality assurance group and customer service group will support domestic Japanese and overseas matters in the service field (toll-free number, and assignment of dedicated staff). Overseas matters in particular will be handled by making the best use of our Group’s manufacturing and sales bases.

We have a dominant share of both the domestic Japanese and overseas markets for resistance welding control equipment for automobile body manufacturing lines. We contribute to our customer’s manufacturing. (Contributions by domestic Japanese and overseas affiliates are included.)

[Main Clients / Business History (domestic)]
We have been building up a track record in supplying various industrial machinery and equipment since our foundation. We serve the electric power (Sumitomo Electric Industries and Hitachi Cable), rolling (Nippon Sharyo), machine tool (Okuma), semiconductor manufacturing equipment (Murata Machine), automobile (Toyoda Automatic Loom Works), and other industries. We also have a history of delivering resistance-welding control equipment to major domestic Japanese automobile manufacturers and other companies through the WS Division of NADEX.

We have a history of delivering resistance welding control equipment to Korea, China, India, Thailand, Indonesia, the USA, Mexico, and other countries through the Overseas Division of NADEX. We also have experience with on-site manufacturing through our affiliate companies, and material procurement in overseas countries.
