- We pursue high-precision, highly difficult plastic forming
Our company possesses fine pressing and plate forging techniques. Fine pressing is our proprietary thick-plate precision shearing technique, which has a track record of processing 25-mm-thick plates. The punched surface has high accuracy and high surface roughness accuracy, so this is an advantageous machining method for mechanical parts that require functionality on punched surfaces. It is used mainly for transmission mechanism parts. Plate forging is a technique that progressively processes plate-formed products that used to require finishing work or were processed by multiple single-action processing. It has excellent productivity and contributes to various VA and VE efforts.
We have two types of forging techniques: part former near-net shape processing and combined plate forging. Our company has been using the part former processing technique for more than 30 years. We particularly excel at processing long products with through holes and products with various shapes. Combined forging is a processing technique that combines a part former and a vertical forging press. It is used to carry out more complex and higher precision plastic forming by exceeding the constraints of a part former. It is used mainly used for automobile seat mechanism parts and engine parts.
We are also actively working on developing plastic processing for SUS materials. We also focus on developing techniques to perform resin insert molding on metals as an effort to reduce the weight of automobiles.
