Ultra-high-precision machining:
We also use our cutting capability with a tolerance of 5 microns for the nozzle parts of direct injection diesel engines and other purposes in the field of ultra-high-precision machining.
Integrated production:
We have established an integrated production line, including plastic working, machining, thermal treatment, and grinding. We have also cleared severe accuracy and quality requirements. We have developed many production facilities ourselves as the motive power for our continuous production of high-accuracy, high-quality products. We are committed to the maintenance and improvement of product levels by making full use of these facilities.

We have established an integrated production line, including plastic working, machining, thermal treatment, and grinding. We have achieved a quality level sufficient to satisfy difficult-to-meet customer requirements.

Developing in-house products (the OGINIC ultra-high-accuracy decelerator and valve train parts)
The innovative mechanism of OGINIC was born from a unique principle of gear engagement. We used this mechanism to achieve a decelerator with high accuracy, high efficiency, and low noise. We have also completed a hollow-structure product suited to a wide range of uses.
Our aim is to be an integrated company from development to production by developing new mechanisms for engine valve trains that affect automotive performance and fuel consumption.

[Strength of products/technologies]
OGINIC ultra-high-precision decelerator
OGINIC has a simple structure and a wide range of selectable deceleration ratios from 1/10 to 1/10,000. This decelerator features low noise, almost no backlash, and high transmission efficiency.

Continuously variable valve timing and lifting mechanism (OVVPL) valve train parts
The OVVPL has already been evaluated for cylinder head functionality and durability and it is now under further development. We are mounting these valve train parts on an experimental four-cylinder engine and reviewing combustion in detail to reduce the fuel consumption of automotive engines at low cost.

Production facilities and equipment
We develop our own unique machines as well as inspection and measuring equipment to maintain and improve product accuracy and quality.

We have established subsidiaries in the Philippines and Vietnam, which are now in operation. We provide high technical power and quality based on our philosophy “Rise to any challenge with sincerity.” We aim to be a technology-providing company by popularizing our in-house products.
