Development of non-ferrous metals and aluminum die-casting products
We are the only mass production factory of aluminum die-casting and non-ferrous metal forging in northern Kyushu. We practice a variety of techniques such as heat and cold forgings of non-ferrous metals , aluminum die-casting, precision machining, friction welding, and brazing. With these, we manufacture housing construction-related parts such as washing metal fittings and cooling tower parts, power-related parts such as switch and power distribution-related parts, and auto parts. Our company is also actively engaged in developing new technologies.
Other presentation
[Company strength] We are the only mass production factory of aluminum die-casting and non-ferrous metal forging in northern Kyushu. We can handle all processes including mold design, fabrication, molding, machining, surface treatment, and assembly, in an integrated manner in cooperation with partner companies within the region. We practice a variety of techniques, and with these, we can offer the best method in respect of cost and quality. [Business description] We manufacture and sell forging products of non-ferrous metals (brass, copper, and aluminum), aluminum die-casting products, and housing construction-related parts (such as washing metal fittings and cooling tower parts), by machining these forging materials, power-related parts (such as switch parts and power distribution-related parts) , and auto parts, all of which support transportation and social infrastructure behind the scenes. [Industry] Manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] We practice a variety of techniques such as heat and cold forgings of non-ferrous metals , aluminum die-casting, precision machining, friction welding, and brazing. With these, we can offer methods best suited for customer requirements. We are also developing a new forging method for enhancing the strength of aluminum to the same level as iron through an industry-academia-government collaboration. [Representative's message] At the time of our foundation, we were unstable as a business, with only one client, a manufacturer of washing fittings in the local area. This led to our decision to enter the power components business, taking advantage of our technology to process non-ferrous metals. At the same time, we decided to manufacture products from materials, and introduced forging technologies. We entered the auto parts business anew in 2006 , and introduced aluminum die-casting technology at the same time. At present, we are actively engaged in developing new technologies through industry-academia collaboration. We are full of can-do spirits, and always take on challenging assignments from clients with a willingness to propose the best solutions. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] For the use of our high-speed isothermal forging technology, our technology development group offers consultation services as well as conducting collaborative research projects and also makes samples. For existing technologies, our technical sales group will be in charge of providing support to clients in the design and development stages. We have no transaction record with overseas companies so far, but we have started hiring foreign students as regular employees for two years and some of our employees can speak English and Chinese. We intend to make further efforts to expand overseas including export and import.
