The nitridation division can handle delivery in short turnaround time with stable quality by utilizing a production line which is capable of unattended operation for two days in row. High-frequency division: We even design and manufacture coils in-house and thus can cope with all kinds of items including mass-produced and single products. Nitridation division: We use a totally automated system. We can handle delivery in short turnaround time by utilizing unattended operation on holidays and weekends which realizes cost reduction. Bonding department: We have technologies yet to be known to public which can dramatically improve the performance of mold-cooling circuits, high frequency coils, etc.

In recent years the overseas procurement of automotive parts is rapidly accelerating and domestic work is on a declining trend. Our company is currently developing heat treatment processing and bonding technologies requiring techniques only possible in Japan. Besides, we established our China factory in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province, China three years ago where we use exactly the same equipment, processes and control as in Japan.

We have developed and prototyped new heat treatment technologies jointly with technology divisions of major manufacturers. The results are acclaimed as unique technologies and adopted into products.
