We provide high quality die-cast parts  regardless of interior or exterior parts focusing on automotive parts such as  pressure-resistant components of gas equipment and bicycle parts. We can not only achieve low-cost and high-quality normal casting but also special casting such as vacuum casting for strength components, PF casting and low-speed laminar flow casting method, and casting of high heat-radiation die-cast fin using Al99.7 for heat radiation components. We have factories not only in Japan but also in China (Shanghai), Malaysia, and Indonesia.

We not only manufacture in Japan but also have factories in China (Shanghai), Malaysia, and Indonesia to support global procurement.

We manufacture aluminum die-cast parts in Tajimi city, Gifu Prefecture. Our manufacturing bases are located at Tajimi city, Gifu Prefecture and Kasugai city, Aichi Prefecture. We not only manufacture die-casts but also consistently perform precision machining sub-assembly, die, and jig production.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We do low-cost and high-quality normal casting, special castings for strength components such as vacuum casting, PF casting, and low-speed laminar flow casting method, and castings using ADC1, ADC3, ADC5, ADC6 and other developed materials in addition to ADC12. Furthermore, we can perform casting of high heat-radiation die-cast fin using Al99.7 for heat radiation components.

We can widely respond to die-cast components based on our technologies such as management techniques obtained in the automotive parts manufacturing,  beautiful finishing technique acquired in exterior parts manufacturing based on cost response capability, and internal defect reduction obtained in gas parts manufacturing. In addition, because we have a great advantage in precision processing, we can consistently manufacture components without bothering customers.

We respond to wide needs of our customers ranging from prototype to mass production by performing normal casting, special casting such as vacuum casting, PF method casting, and casting using special materials.
