We develop continuous dispersion and mixing equipment for liquid, powder, and gas.
We develop systems that realize uniform stirring, yield rates of 99% or more, and cleaning waste liquid of 1% or less regarding the dispersion and mixing of material. We excel in the continuous mixing of high-viscosity liquid. We are also extending our business in the chemical, cosmetics, and food industries. We will continue to expand the use of our products to dispersion and mixing processes around the world.
[Product description] Our VM-LQ continuous liquid mixing equipment can continuously prepare liquids with different specific gravities and ratios, from low-viscosity liquid to high-viscosity liquid. We hake use of the experience and know-how we have accumulated since our foundation in 1972. Continuous liquid mixing equipment usually requires a continuous mixer with a piston flow for complete stirring, and a high-precision pump that feeds with the correct ratio. We solved these two problems and commercialized continuous-type mixing equipment that replaces conventional tank stirring. We are expanding into overseas markets as well as the domestic market. The major specifications of our continuous liquid mixing equipment are as follows. Viscosity range: 1 mPa•s to 800 Pa•s. Throughput: 30–900 kg/hour. [Market share/Ranking] Ranked top.
